Start from the visitor center of Catoctin Mountain Park. Head southeast on Park Central Road (MD-77) for about 3 miles. Merge onto US-15 S toward Frederick. Continue on US-15 S for about 15 miles. Take exit 7B for I-70 W toward Hagerstown. Merge onto I-70 W and continue for approximately 18 miles. Take exit 32 for US-40 W toward Hagerstown. Continue on US-40 W for about 6 miles, then turn left onto W Washington St. The Doleman Black Heritage Museum will be located at 33 W Washington St, Room 210, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
