    To reach Gambrill State Park from Catoctin Mountain Park by car, start by exiting Catoctin Mountain Park onto MD-77 E. Follow MD-77 E for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-15 N. Take the ramp onto US-15 N and continue for about 7 miles. Keep left to merge onto I-70 W toward Hagerstown. After about 4 miles, take exit 54 for MD-85 N toward Frederick. Continue on MD-85 N for about 3 miles, then turn left onto Gambrill Park Rd. Follow Gambrill Park Rd for about 1 mile until you arrive at the park entrance at 8602 Gambrill Park Rd, Frederick, MD 21702. Parking is available at the site.
