    If you are driving from anywhere in the Chesapeake Bay Area, use I-97 N to merge onto I-695 N toward Baltimore. Follow I-695 N for about 15 miles, then take exit 11B to merge onto I-95 N toward Wilmington. Continue on I-95 N for about 6 miles, then take exit 53 for South Baltimore. Merge onto S Howard St, then turn right onto E Pratt St. After a short drive, you will arrive at 401 E Pratt St, where the Top of the World Observation Level is located on the 27th floor.
