From the center of Columbia, locate the nearest bus stop for the Howard County Transit service. Take the Route 404 bus towards Ellicott City. The bus will take you along the main roads, providing a scenic view of the area. Get off at the Ellicott City stop. From there, walk approximately 0.5 miles northwest on Maryland Avenue. You will pass by local shops and cafes on your way. Continue straight until you reach 3711 Maryland Ave, where the B&O Ellicott City Station Museum is located.
