From downtown Frederick, head to the Frederick Transit Center located at 100 S East St. Take the MARC train towards Washington D.C. and get off at the Monocacy station. Walk towards the Monocacy National Battlefield Visitor Center and then follow the signs to Gettysburg. It's approximately a 30-minute walk to the Little Round Top area once you arrive at the battlefield.

For an adventurous route, rent a bike from a local shop in Frederick. Start from the Frederick Park Trail, riding along the Monocacy River.
