From the center of Hagerstown, head to the Hagerstown Transit bus stop located at the corner of Franklin St and Washington St. Take the MTA Maryland bus route 80 towards Gettysburg. The bus will take you directly to Gettysburg. Get off at the stop nearest to Baltimore Pike. From there, walk along Baltimore Pike for about 0.5 miles, and you will see the Gettysburg Women's Memorial on your left side.

Bicycle
If you're comfortable riding a bicycle, you can rent a bike from a local shop in Hagerstown. Start by heading north on S Potomac St towards the Hagerstown City Park. Follow the bike paths through the park and continue onto the C&O Canal Towpath. This path will take you towards Gettysburg. Once you reach Baltimore Pike, turn right and follow the road for approximately 5 miles until you reach the Gettysburg Women's Memorial.

If you prefer to walk, start from the Hagerstown City Center. Head north on S Potomac St until you reach the intersection with Washington St. Turn left and continue walking until you reach the Hagerstown City Park. From the park, follow the pedestrian path leading out of the park and head towards the C&O Canal Towpath. Walk along the towpath for about 5 miles until you arrive at Baltimore Pike. Turn right and walk for another mile to reach the Gettysburg Women's Memorial.
