If you're near the beach, simply walk west until you reach the boardwalk entrance at 698 N Atlantic Ave. The boardwalk stretches along the beach, so you can enjoy the views as you walk. Look for the signs along the way directing you to the boardwalk. The area is pedestrian-friendly with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops throughout Ocean City. Once you have your bike, head towards North Atlantic Avenue. You can ride along the designated bike lanes that lead directly to the boardwalk. If you are coming from the southern part of Ocean City, ride north along the main streets until you reach 698 N Atlantic Ave. This ride provides a great way to see the sights and enjoy the fresh ocean air.

Public Transportation (OC Bus)
Look for the Ocean City Bus Service which operates throughout the summer season. Board any bus heading towards the boardwalk. The bus will make several stops along Coastal Highway and will announce the stop for the boardwalk. You should get off at the stop closest to 698 N Atlantic Ave. After disembarking, walk a short distance towards the beach to reach the boardwalk.
