From Assateague Island, head northwest on MD-611 N towards Ocean City. Continue on MD-611 N for about 10 miles. Once you reach the traffic light at the intersection with Route 50, turn left onto Route 50 E. Follow Route 50 for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the S Atlantic Ave exit. Merge onto S Atlantic Ave, and you will find Ripley's Believe It or Not! at 401 S Atlantic Ave on your right after about 0.5 miles.

If you are using public transportation, you can take the Shore Transit Bus (Route 1) from Assateague Island. Board the bus at the nearest stop and ride towards Ocean City. The bus will take you towards the downtown area of Ocean City. Get off at the stop closest to S Atlantic Ave. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to Ripley's Believe It or Not! located at 401 S Atlantic Ave. Be sure to check the current bus schedule for times and any potential fare costs.
