Getting There

Car
Starting from the Patapsco Valley State Park, head southeast on Park Road. Continue onto Ellicott City Road (MD-144 E) for about 5 miles. Merge onto I-95 N towards Baltimore. After approximately 10 miles, take exit 53 for I-395 N toward Downtown. Continue on I-395 N and follow signs for the Inner Harbor. Take the exit toward Baltimore Convention Center. Keep right at the fork to continue on Howard Street. Turn left onto E Pratt Street. The Top of the World Observation Level will be on your left at 401 E Pratt St, 27th floor. There is parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
From Patapsco Valley State Park, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the #320 bus towards the Baltimore City Center. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, transfer to the Light RailLink at the Baltimore Arena station. Take the Light RailLink towards Hunt Valley and get off at the Baltimore Convention Center stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk: exit the station and head east on W Pratt St. Continue for 0.5 miles until you reach 401 E Pratt St. The Top of the World Observation Level is located on the 27th floor.
