From the main entrance of Rocky Gap State Park, head southeast on Lake Shore Drive toward the intersection with Route 68. Turn left onto Route 68 and continue for about 6 miles. Merge onto I-68 E and follow the signs for Cumberland. After approximately 13 miles, take exit 14 for US-220 S toward Oldtown. Continue on US-220 S for about 5 miles, then turn left onto Lock 70 Road. Follow this road until you reach C&O Canal Lock 70, which will be on your left.
