Getting There

  • Car

    From Sandy Point State Park, exit the park and turn left onto Sandy Point Road. Continue straight to merge onto MD-2 N (Solomons Island Rd). Follow MD-2 N for approximately 10 miles. Merge onto I-97 N towards Baltimore. After about 4 miles, merge onto I-695 E. Follow I-695 E for 5 miles, then take exit 11A to merge onto I-95 N towards Wilmington. Continue on I-95 N for about 10 miles and take exit 53 for I-395 N towards Downtown Baltimore. Continue onto I-395 N, and then take the exit for the Inner Harbor. Follow signs to E Pratt St. Turn right onto E Pratt St, and park in one of the nearby garages. The Top of the World Observation Level is located on the 27th floor of the building at 401 E Pratt St.

    From Sandy Point State Park, walk to the nearest bus stop at the entrance of the park where you can catch the Anne Arundel County bus route 14 towards Glen Burnie. Ride the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Glen Burnie station. Transfer to the Light RailLink and take it towards Hunt Valley. After about 35 minutes, get off at the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, it’s a short walk to the Top of the World Observation Level. Head northeast on W Baltimore St towards S Howard St, then turn right onto S Howard St. Continue straight for a few blocks until you reach E Pratt St, and turn left. The entrance to the observation level will be on your left.
