From Seneca Creek State Park, head southeast on MD-355 S (Frederick Road) towards Germantown. Continue on MD-355 S for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with MD-27 N (Ridge Road). Turn right onto MD-27 N and follow it for approximately 7.5 miles. As you approach Brookeville, take a slight left onto Georgia Avenue (MD-97). Continue on Georgia Avenue for about 2 miles, and you'll find Patuxent River State Park on your right at 23222 Georgia Ave, Brookeville, MD 20833.
