    From downtown Silver Spring, walk to the Silver Spring Metro Station located at 8400 Colesville Rd. Take the Red Line towards Glenmont. After about 45 minutes, get off at the Baltimore Arena station. From there, transfer to the Light RailLink at the Baltimore Arena station and take the light rail towards Hunt Valley. After a few stops, get off at the Baltimore Convention Center stop. Walk towards the Inner Harbor, and you will find the entrance to the Top of the World Observation Level at 401 E Pratt St.
