Then, transfer to the Blue Line towards Largo Town Center and ride for 1 stop to Archives-Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter. From there, exit the station and walk east on Pennsylvania Avenue NW for about 0.3 miles. The US Treasury Department will be on your left at 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue NW.

Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes, making sure to get off at the stop near 15th Street NW and Pennsylvania Avenue NW. From the bus stop, walk west towards the US Treasury Department, which is located at 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue NW.

If you prefer walking, start at the Silver Spring Metro Station and head southwest on Colesville Road. Continue on Colesville Road for about 0.7 miles until you reach the intersection with Fenton Street. Turn left onto Fenton Street and continue for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn right onto Sligo Avenue and follow it for 0.3 miles until it becomes 16th Street NW. Continue onto 16th Street NW, then turn left onto Pennsylvania Avenue NW. The US Treasury Department will be on your right at 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue NW.
