    From Barnstable Village, head towards the Barnstable Town Hall located at 367 Main St. Walk south on Main St until you reach the intersection with Route 6A. Turn left onto Route 6A and continue walking until you reach the bus stop for the 'Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority'. Take the bus towards Hyannis and get off at the 'Main St @ Airport Rd' stop. From there, transfer to the bus heading to Edgartown. Get off at the 'Edgartown Memorial Library' stop. Walk south on Edgartown Main St until you reach Seaview Ave. Turn left onto Seaview Ave and continue walking until you arrive at Joseph Sylvia State Beach, which will be on your left.

    Start at the Barnstable Transportation Center located at 215 Independence Dr. Take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority bus to Edgartown. The bus runs regularly, so check the schedule for the next available departure. Once you arrive in Edgartown, get off at the 'Edgartown Memorial Library' stop. From there, walk south on Edgartown Main St towards Seaview Ave. Turn left on Seaview Ave and continue straight until you reach Joseph Sylvia State Beach, located at 267-125 Seaview Ave.
