If you're in Uxbridge, take MA-16 E towards Douglas. Continue on MA-16 for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Wallum Lake Rd. Turn right onto Wallum Lake Rd, and after about 1 mile, you'll see the entrance to Douglas State Forest on your left. If you're coming from Blackstone, take MA-126 N to MA-16 E and follow the same directions.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, your best option is to take the MBTA commuter rail to the Grafton Station. From Grafton Station, you can use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to reach Douglas State Forest. The distance is approximately 10 miles, and the ride should cost around $15-$20.
