    If you are near downtown Boston, head to the Park Street Station on the Red Line. Take the train towards Ashmont/Braintree and get off at the Forest Hills Station. From the Forest Hills Station, exit onto South Street and walk about 10 minutes, following the signs for the Arnold Arboretum. You will join Arborway, and the entrance to the Arboretum will be on your right.

    From the downtown area, you can catch the #39 bus from the Haymarket bus station or any nearby bus stops heading towards Forest Hills. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Arboretum' stop. After getting off, walk along the path directly into the Arnold Arboretum.

    If you're already in Jamaica Plain, you can walk to the Arnold Arboretum. Start at the Jamaica Plain Centre and head south on Centre Street. Turn left onto South Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Arborway. The entrance to the Arnold Arboretum will be on your left.

    If you're comfortable biking, rent a bike from a nearby rental service. Head towards the Southwest Corridor Park path, which will take you through a scenic route. Continue until you reach the Arboretum, following signs that direct you to the Arnold Arboretum entrance located at 125 Arborway.
