Ferry
Start by heading to the Oak Bluffs Ferry Terminal located at 1 Seaview Ave, Oak Bluffs, MA. You can take a local bus or walk from your accommodation to the terminal. Once at the terminal, purchase your ticket for the ferry to New Bedford. The ferry ride will take approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at the New Bedford Ferry Terminal, you will be a short distance from your destination.

From the New Bedford Ferry Terminal, locate the local bus stop in front of the terminal. Take the local bus #1 (or another suitable route) towards downtown New Bedford. The bus ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to William Street, which is where the New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park Visitor Center is located. Walk down William Street to reach 33 William St.

Walking
If you prefer to walk from the New Bedford Ferry Terminal, exit the terminal and head northwest on Macarthur Drive. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Union Street. Turn right onto Union Street and walk until you reach William Street. Finally, turn left onto William Street, and you will find the New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park Visitor Center at 33 William St.
