From the Oak Bluffs Bus Terminal, take the #1 bus towards Vineyard Haven. The bus will travel along the main road, and you will want to stay on for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop for State Road, West Tisbury. After exiting the bus, head northwest on State Road and walk for about 0.5 miles. The Polly Hill Arboretum will be on your left at 809 State Rd.
