Start at the Nantucket Town Dock. From there, head northeast on Broad Street, then take a left onto Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pleasant Street, where you will turn right. Follow Pleasant Street until it becomes Madaket Road. Continue on Madaket Road until you reach the intersection with Hummock Pond Road. Turn left and follow Hummock Pond Road until you reach the entrance to the Coskata-Coatue Wildlife Refuge. Please note that biking on the refuge may require a permit, so check local regulations. Once inside the refuge, follow the marked trails to reach Great Point Lighthouse, which is approximately 3 miles from the entrance.
