    If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike in New Bedford. Start at the New Bedford Bike Share station located at 161 Union Street. Head southwest on Union Street until you reach the Route 18 South, then follow the road signs towards the ferry terminal located at 1 Fisherman's Wharf. Take your bike on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Once you arrive, bike along State Road towards Aquinnah. The ride is approximately 15 miles and will take about an hour.
