If you are driving from any location in South Shore, take Route 3 North towards Boston. Merge onto I-93 North. Take exit 35 toward Mystic Valley Parkway. Continue on Mystic Valley Parkway for approximately 1.5 miles. The park entrance will be on your right side. There is no entrance fee for Mystic Lakes State Park.

To reach Mystic Lakes State Park via public transportation, take the MBTA Commuter Rail from South Shore to the Alewife Station. From there, transfer to the Alewife bus (Route 350) towards Medford.
