Car
If you're traveling by car, start by getting on MA-3 N from South Shore. Follow MA-3 N to I-93 N in Quincy. Merge onto I-93 N and continue for about 12 miles. Take exit 23 toward Government Center. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for North Station and merge onto Causeway St. Continue on Causeway St, then turn right onto N Washington St. After crossing the bridge, turn left onto N Square. The Paul Revere House will be on your right at 19 N Square, Boston, MA 02113. Parking is limited in the North End, so consider using a parking garage nearby, which may incur fees ranging from $10 to $30.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, head to your nearest MBTA station in South Shore and take the Commuter Rail (Middleborough/Lakeville Line) to South Station. Once at South Station, transfer to the Red Line subway towards Alewife and get off at Park Street. From Park Street, transfer to the Green Line towards Government Center and get off at Haymarket Station. Walk about 10 minutes to reach The Paul Revere House. Head northwest on Congress St toward State St, then turn left onto State St. Continue onto Hanover St and then turn right onto N Square. The Paul Revere House will be at 19 N Square, Boston, MA 02113. The cost for the Commuter Rail is approximately $10, and the subway fare is about $2.40.
