Simply tell the driver you want to go to Xel-Há Park, located at Carretera Chetumal Puerto Juárez Km 240, locales 1 & 2, módulo B. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting your journey.

Another option is to take a colectivo (shared van). Head to the main plaza in Cozumel, where you can find the colectivos heading to Playa del Carmen. Look for a colectivo that goes to Xel-Há or requests the driver to drop you off at the park. The journey may take around 30-45 minutes.
