Walking
If you are in the center of Oaxaca, start by heading towards the Zócalo (the main square). From the Zócalo, take the Avenida 5 de Febrero, which will lead you southeast. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Calle de Manuel García Vigil. Turn right on García Vigil, and continue for another 500 meters. You will then reach the intersection with the Calle de Lázaro Cárdenas. Turn left and walk another 300 meters. The Monumento Benito Juárez will be on your right, located in a small park area.

Public Transport
From the Zócalo, walk to the nearest bus stop where you can catch a local bus heading towards San Sebastián Tutla. Look for buses with signs indicating they are going to the area. The bus ride should take around 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop nearest to the intersection of Calle de Lázaro Cárdenas and Avenida 5 de Febrero. From there, walk about 200 meters to the right, and you will find the Monumento Benito Juárez in the nearby park.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near the Zócalo. Head southeast on Avenida 5 de Febrero and follow the same route as if walking. It's about a 1.5-kilometer ride. After reaching the intersection with Calle de Manuel García Vigil, continue to Calle de Lázaro Cárdenas and turn left. The monument will be on your right after about 300 meters. There's a small bike rack nearby where you can lock up your bicycle.
