Bus
From the city center of Oaxaca, head to the 'Terminal de Autobuses de Pasajeros ADO' which is located at Calle de 5 de Febrero. Purchase a ticket to Tlacolula de Matamoros, which usually costs around 20-30 pesos. Buses to Tlacolula run frequently. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which takes about 30-40 minutes. After arriving at the main bus station in Tlacolula, exit the bus and walk along the main street (Calle 5 de Mayo) towards the northwest for about 10 minutes. The NUCLEO DE ORACION UNIVERSAL will be on your left at C. 5 de Mayo 8.

Shared Taxi (Colectivo)
Make your way to the 'Terminal de Colectivos' located near the city center, just a short distance from the Zócalo. Look for a colectivo heading to Tlacolula, which will have a sign indicating its destination. The fare is typically around 25-35 pesos. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Tlacolula, you'll want to get off at the main plaza. From there, walk along Calle 5 de Mayo for about 5-10 minutes, and you will find NUCLEO DE ORACION UNIVERSAL at C. 5 de Mayo 8 on your left.

If you are already in Tlacolula de Matamoros, you can walk to NUCLEO DE ORACION UNIVERSAL. Start from the main square (Plaza de Tlacolula), head towards the northwest corner of the plaza and take Calle 5 de Mayo. Continue walking straight for about 400 meters (about 5-10 minutes on foot). The church will be located at C. 5 de Mayo 8, on your left side.
