If you are driving from Oaxaca City, take the Carretera Internacional 190 east towards Tehuantepec. After approximately 30 kilometers, look for the exit towards Tlacolula de Matamoros. Merge onto the Carretera Internacional and continue for about 10 kilometers. You will see signs for Yaguar Zoo Xoo on your right as you approach the crucero de Tanivet Tlacolula.

To reach Yaguar Zoo Xoo via public transportation, head to the central bus terminal in Oaxaca City (Terminal de Autobuses de Pasajeros de Oaxaca). Look for a bus heading towards Tlacolula de Matamoros. The journey should take about 1 hour and cost around 30-50 MXN. Once you arrive at Tlacolula, you can take a taxi or a local bus to the crucero de Tanivet Tlacolula. This final leg should cost about 20-30 MXN.
