If you are in the main square (Zócalo) of Centro Histórico, head southeast on C. 5 de Febrero towards C. Porfirio Díaz. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with C. Porfirio Díaz. The City House will be on your left at C. Porfirio Díaz 115. Look for the sign that says 'Casa de la Ciudad' to identify the entrance.
