Collectivo
From anywhere in Playa del Carmen, walk to the main street (Avenida 5) where you can find a collectivo stop. Look for a collectivo heading towards Puerto Morelos or Tulum. The fare is typically around 30-40 pesos. Once you're in the collectivo, inform the driver you want to get off at Croco Cun Zoo. The journey takes about 30 minutes. The collectivo will drop you off at the entrance of the zoo.

Taxi
You can easily hail a taxi from any point in Playa del Carmen. Tell the driver you want to go to Croco Cun Zoo in Puerto Morelos, which is located on the Cancún-Tulum highway at Km 31. The fare will be higher than a collectivo, around 300-400 pesos, and the trip will take about 25-30 minutes. Make sure to confirm the fare before getting in.

Public Bus
You can take a public bus (ADO) from Playa del Carmen to Puerto Morelos. The bus station is located on Avenida 20. Purchase a ticket to Puerto Morelos, and the bus will take you directly to the town. Once you arrive in Puerto Morelos, you can take a taxi to Croco Cun Zoo, which is about 10 minutes away from the bus station. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes.
