Getting there

Bus

From your current location in Playa del Carmen, head to the nearest ADO bus terminal, which is located at Calle 12 and Avenida 15. Once there, purchase a ticket for the bus to Tulum. After boarding, the bus will take you south along the highway. Get off at the Xel-Há Park stop, which is around 40 minutes from Playa del Carmen. Follow the signs to the entrance of Xel-Há Park, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

Collectivo

Make your way to Avenida 15, where you can find the collectivo (shared van) station. Look for a collectivo heading towards Tulum. The fare is affordable and the ride takes about 30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at Xel-Há Park. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the entrance, which is a short walk from where you get dropped off.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your location in Playa del Carmen. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Xel-Há Park, located at Carretera Chetumal Puerto Juárez Km 240. The ride should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
