Getting There

Collectivo
From the center of Playa del Carmen, head to the main street, Avenida 5. Look for the collectivo vans that are heading towards Tulum or Xcaret. The collectivos are white vans that will be waiting at the designated stops. Board the collectivo and tell the driver you are going to Xplor Park. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. You will be dropped off at the entrance of Xplor Park.

To take a taxi to Xplor Park, find a taxi stand or hail one from the street. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they know the location of Xplor Park, which is located at Carretera Chetumal, Puerto Juarez Km 282. The taxi ride from the center of Playa del Carmen will take approximately 15 minutes and will cost around 100-150 pesos.

Bicycle
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Playa del Carmen. Head south on Avenida 5 until you reach Avenida 30. Turn left on Avenida 30 and continue until you reach the intersection with Carretera Chetumal. Turn right on Carretera Chetumal and you will find Xplor Park on your left. The bike ride will take around 30-40 minutes.
