From Punta Esmeralda, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Once you have your bike, head west towards Av. 5 Norte. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Carretera Chetumal, and turn left. Cycle along the road for about 2 km, and you will see the entrance to Xplor Park on your right.
Taxi

You can easily find a local taxi in Punta Esmeralda. Just tell the driver 'Xplor Park' or show them the address: Carretera Chetumal, Puerto Juarez Km 282, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R. The taxi ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, and the fare should be around 100-150 MXN.
Public Bus

Walk to the nearest bus stop on Av. 5 Norte. You can catch a bus heading towards Xcaret or Tulum. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Xplor Park. The bus fare is approximately 30 MXN.
