Walking
If you are starting from the main beach area in Puerto Escondido, head northwest along Avenida del Morro towards Playa Zicatela. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Playa. Turn left onto Calle de la Playa and keep walking until you reach Playa Bacocho. The Vive Mar Turtle Release Camp is located on Playa Bacocho, approximately a 20-25 minute walk from Zicatela Beach.

Public Transport (Collectivo)
From the center of Puerto Escondido, find a colectivo (shared taxi) that is headed towards Bacocho Beach. These usually depart from the main streets near the market. Inform the driver that you want to go to Playa Bacocho. The ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive, walk down towards the beach, and you will find the Vive Mar Turtle Release Camp situated right on Playa Bacocho.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in the Puerto Escondido area. Start on Avenida del Morro and cycle towards Playa Zicatela. Continue along the coastline until you reach Playa Bacocho.
