If you are in the Centro area of Puerto Vallarta, head towards the Malecón, which is a long promenade along the beach. Look for signs that say 'Malecón' or ask locals for directions to the beach. Once you reach the promenade, walk along it towards the south until you reach Malecón 700. This is where the zona de festivales y eventos is located. The area is pedestrian-friendly, and you will enjoy views of the ocean and various sculptures along the way.

To reach the Malecón from various parts of Puerto Vallarta, you can take a local bus heading towards 'Centro' or 'Malecón'. Buses are frequent and cost very little. Once you get off at the main bus stop in Centro, walk towards the beach, and follow the signs to the Malecón. From there, walk south until you reach Malecón 700.

If you prefer to explore by bicycle, many bike rental shops are available in the Centro area. Rent a bike and ride towards the Malecón.
