If you are in the Zona Romántica area, head north along the Malecon (Boardwalk) until you reach the intersection with Avenida Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez. Turn left onto this avenue and continue walking until you reach Calle Hidalgo. Turn right onto Calle Hidalgo, and you will find the Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe at Hidalgo 370, Proyecto escola, Centro.

From the Malecon, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio. Take a bus heading towards the Centro (downtown) area. Ask the driver to let you know when to get off at the stop closest to the Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. This should be near the intersection of Avenida Juárez and Calle Hidalgo, after which you can walk a short distance to Hidalgo 370.
