If you are in the Zona Romantica area of Puerto Vallarta, start by heading north on C. Olas Altas towards C. Pulpito. Continue walking straight until you reach C. 31 de Octubre. Turn left on C. 31 de Octubre and continue until you reach the intersection with C. Zaragoza. Turn right onto C. Zaragoza, and after a short walk, you will find the Naval Museum Secretary of the Navy of Mexico on your left at C. Zaragoza 4.
