Car
If you're driving from Cancun, take Highway 307 south towards Tulum. Continue on this highway for approximately 115 km (around 1.5 hours). Once you reach Tulum, stay on the highway and look for the signs for 'Xel-Ha' or 'Xcaret'. The Campamento Tortugero Xel-Ha is located at Carretera Chetumal Puerto Juarez Km 239, just before the entrance to the Xel-Ha park. There is no entry fee for the camp itself, but be aware that parking may incur a fee at Xel-Ha.

To reach Campamento Tortugero Xel-Ha via public transport, first take an ADO bus from Cancun to Tulum. The bus ride takes about 2 hours and costs around 200-300 MXN. Once in Tulum, you can take a taxi or a local colectivo (shared van) to Xel-Ha, which should cost about 50-100 MXN. Make sure to inform the driver that you are going to Campamento Tortugero Xel-Ha as they are familiar with the area.
