Getting There

    From Playa del Carmen, take the federal highway 307 heading south towards Tulum. Continue on this road for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the intersection with Carretera Chetumal-Cancun (also known as Highway 307). Turn left onto Carretera Chetumal-Cancun. Drive for about 10 minutes until you see the signs for Delphinus Xel-Há, which will be on your left at Carretera Chetumal-Cancun Km 240. There is parking available on-site.

    From Playa del Carmen, you can take a collectivo (shared van) to Tulum. These vans leave frequently from the main bus station or designated stops along 5th Avenue. The fare is approximately 40 pesos. Once you arrive in Tulum, you will need to take a taxi or a second collectivo to Delphinus Xel-Há for about 100-150 pesos. Make sure to tell the driver your destination so they can drop you off at the entrance.
