If you're driving from Playa del Carmen, head north on the Carretera 307 (Highway 307) towards Tulum. After approximately 30 km (about 20 minutes), look for the sign for 'Casa Cenote' just past the town of Tulum. Take the right turn onto the road leading to Casa Cenote. Continue for about 3 km until you reach the cenote. There is usually a small parking fee (around 50 MXN) for parking near the cenote.

Public Transportation
To reach Casa Cenote using public transportation, take a colectivo (shared van) from Playa del Carmen or Tulum. From Playa del Carmen, head to the main colectivo station (near the ADO bus terminal) and take a colectivo heading towards Tulum. Once in Tulum, you can catch another colectivo heading towards 'Cenote Dos Ojos' that will drop you off near Casa Cenote. Expect to pay around 50-70 MXN for the full journey. It’s a short walk (about 15 minutes) from where the colectivo drops you off to Casa Cenote.
