Car
If you are driving, start from the central plaza (Plaza de la Paz) in San Cristobal de las Casas. Head southeast on Calle 16 de Septiembre towards Calle Francisco I. Madero. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Comitan. Turn left onto Calle Comitan. The museum will be on your right at C. Comitan 43C, Barrio del Cerrillo. There is usually street parking available nearby, but be aware of local parking regulations to avoid fines.

Public Transportation
To get to Museo Mesoamericano del Jade using public transportation, walk to the nearest colectivo stand in the city center. Colectivos are shared vans that travel along set routes. You can take a colectivo heading towards the Barrio del Cerrillo area. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Museo del Jade' or 'Calle Comitan'. The fare is typically around 10-15 MXN. Once you arrive, walk a short distance on Calle Comitan, and the museum will be on your left at C. Comitan 43C.

If you are already in the vicinity of the city center, you can also walk to the museum. From the main square (Plaza de la Paz), head southeast on Calle 16 de Septiembre, then turn left onto Calle Comitan. Continue walking straight for about 10-15 minutes.
