From Tuxtla Gutierrez, take the Highway 190 towards Ocosingo, then follow Federal Highway 199 to Palenque. Once you arrive in Palenque, follow the signs directing you to Zona Arqueológica Palenque. The archaeological site is located approximately 8 km from the city center on Carretera a Palenque - Zona Archaeologica. There is a parking lot available near the entrance for a nominal fee (around 50 MXN).
