If you're starting from the main square in Taxco (Plaza Borda), head southwest on Calle de Cuauhtémoc. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de Allende. Turn left onto Calle de Allende and walk until you reach the intersection with Calle de Chachalacas. Turn right onto Calle de Chachalacas, and after a short walk, you will find Templo de Chavarrieta on your left, located in the Barrio de Chavarrieta.

From Plaza Borda, take a local bus or colectivo heading toward the Chavarrieta area. Make sure to tell the driver you're going to 'Barrio de Chavarrieta'. The bus will drop you off near the intersection of Calle de Chachalacas. From there, walk a short distance along Calle de Chachalacas, and you will see Templo de Chavarrieta on your left.
