Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From the Centro Histórico in Tijuana, head to the nearest Trolebus stop, which is located on Avenida Revolución. Take the Trolebus Line 1 towards the border. Alight at the last stop at the border crossing. After crossing into the United States, you will be in San Diego. From the border, walk to the San Diego Trolley station (located at the end of the pedestrian bridge). Take the Blue Line towards UTC. Get off at the 12th & Imperial station. Transfer to the Orange Line towards El Cajon. Alight at the City College station. From there, it's a short walk to Balboa Park.

  • Taxi or Rideshare

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi or a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft from any location in Tijuana. Simply ask the driver to take you to Balboa Park in San Diego. Ensure you have your identification and any necessary travel documents ready for border crossing.
