    From Tijuana, head to the Tijuana bus terminal (Terminal de Autobuses de Tijuana) located at 2da Avenida 1005. You can take a taxi or walk there if you are nearby. Get a bus ticket to San Diego; the most common options are Greyhound or Mexicoach. The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in San Diego at the bus terminal (Greyhound Station at 1313 National Ave), follow signs to the San Diego Trolley (light rail).

    At the Greyhound Station, walk to the San Diego Trolley stop located just outside the station. Board the Blue Line trolley heading towards 'UTC' (University Towne Center). Get off at the 'Little Italy' station, which is about a 10-minute ride. From Little Italy station, walk towards the waterfront area, then head to the West Broadway and Pacific Coast Highway intersection.

    After exiting the Little Italy station, head west on W Broadway towards Pacific Coast Highway. Turn left on Pacific Coast Highway and continue walking until you reach the Balboa Park area. The San Diego Automotive Museum is located at 2080 Pan American Plaza, inside Balboa Park. It will take approximately 20 minutes to walk from the trolley station to the museum.
