Public Bus
To reach Bandemer Nature Area via public transportation, start at the University of Michigan campus or downtown Ann Arbor. Look for the AATA bus stop and take the 'Route 4 - Washtenaw' bus. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the 'Lake Shore Dr at Huron River Dr' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk south along Lake Shore Drive for about 0.3 miles. The entrance to Bandemer Nature Area will be on your left.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing services available in Ann Arbor. Start from the downtown area and head north on the Huron River Path. Continue along the path, and when you reach the intersection with Lake Shore Drive, turn right (east) and follow Lake Shore Drive for about 0.5 miles. Bandemer Nature Area will be on your right.
