Public Bus
From downtown Ann Arbor, walk to the nearest bus stop at the corner of Main St and Liberty St. Take the AATA bus #4 (Blue Line) towards 'North Main St' and ride for about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop at E Ann St & Main St. The Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum is located at 220 E Ann St, just a short walk from the bus stop. Head east on E Ann St for about 2 blocks, and you will find the museum on your right.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike share programs. Start from downtown Ann Arbor and head east on Liberty St. Continue until you reach Main St, then turn left (north) and ride for 3-4 blocks until you reach E Ann St. Turn right on E Ann St, and the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum will be on your right at 220 E Ann St.
