If you are at the University of Michigan's central campus, head east on South University Avenue. Continue straight until you reach East Liberty Street. Turn left onto East Liberty and walk until you reach South Division Street. Turn right on South Division and continue walking until you reach East Ann Street. Turn left on East Ann Street, and the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum will be on your right at 220 E Ann St.

Public Transit (Bus)
Locate the nearest bus stop and take the AATA bus number 2 (Blue Line) heading towards the downtown area. Get off at the 'Main St & Ann St' stop. From there, walk one block east on Ann Street, and you will find the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum at 220 E Ann St on your left.

If you have a bike, you can ride from the central campus. Head east on South University Avenue and continue to East Liberty Street. Turn left onto East Liberty and then right onto South Division Street. Continue until you reach East Ann Street. Turn left onto East Ann Street, and the museum will be on your right at 220 E Ann St. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
