If you are starting from downtown Ann Arbor, head north on Main Street. You will pass several shops and restaurants. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles. Once you reach the intersection with N Huron St, keep going straight. Museum On Main will be on your left at 500 N Main St. Look for the large sign outside to easily identify the museum.

To reach Museum On Main by bus, find the nearest bus stop and check the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) schedule. You can take the AATA Route 2 bus heading north. Get off at the stop at N Main St and Huron St. From there, walk north on Main Street for about 2 blocks. The museum will be located on your left at 500 N Main St.
