If you are starting from the University of Michigan campus, head east on S University Ave. Continue straight until you reach Washtenaw Ave. Turn left onto Washtenaw Ave and walk for about 0.5 miles. Then, turn right onto the path leading to the Arboretum Nature Area, which is located near the intersection of Washtenaw Ave and E Huron River Dr.

From downtown Ann Arbor, you can take the AATA bus route #4 (Blue Line) towards 'Malletts Creek'. Board the bus at any nearby stop and ride for approximately 10 minutes.
