If you are starting from the University of Michigan's central campus, head east on South University Avenue. Continue straight until you reach State Street, then turn left and walk north. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with North University Avenue. Turn right on North University Avenue and continue until you reach the intersection with East Washington Street. Turn left on East Washington Street and follow it until you reach the entrance of the University of Michigan Museum of Art. The Cube is located just to the north of the museum, on Richard L Kennedy Dr.

From the downtown area, you can take the AATA bus (Ann Arbor Transportation Authority) Route 4 or 5 towards the University of Michigan. Board the bus at any downtown bus stop and get off at the 'University of Michigan Museum of Art' stop. From there, walk north on Richard L Kennedy Dr. The Cube will be on your left side as you approach the museum.
