Car
To reach Arch Rock by car from anywhere in Central Michigan, you will first need to get to Mackinaw City. From there, take I-75 North. Follow the signs to Mackinac Island. You will need to park your car at one of the public parking lots in Mackinaw City, as cars are not allowed on Mackinac Island. The parking fee may vary, typically around $10-$15 per day. Once parked, walk to the Shepler's Ferry or Star Line Ferry terminal to catch a ferry to Mackinac Island. The ferry ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Once on Mackinac Island, you can either walk, rent a bike, or take a horse-drawn carriage to reach Arch Rock, which is approximately 1.5 miles from the ferry dock.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus to Mackinaw City from various locations in Central Michigan. Once you arrive in Mackinaw City, you will still need to park your luggage (if applicable) at a local storage facility or find a local hotel for overnight stay. From there, follow the same procedure as above: walk to the Shepler's Ferry or Star Line Ferry terminal to catch a ferry to Mackinac Island. After arriving on the island, you can walk, rent a bike, or take a horse-drawn carriage to Arch Rock, which is about 1.5 miles from the ferry dock.
